Our Design tab helps you make your campaigns look like a part of your website. The first step you can take is change the design on the Branding tab on ConvertWise. When you launch a campaign, the branding will get copied to all campaigns you create.

To open the branding tab click on Setting > Branding

You can find all the details about your Shopify Store such as background color, font, font size etc by inspecting the website. Right click > Select Inspect > Click on the small arrow > and check all the details you need.

Following are the changes you can make to your campaigns.

Layout Background

This is the background color of your website. If it isn't white you can inspect element and paste the color code here. You can also choose how many products you want to show in a single view on a large screen (eg. Laptop), medium screen (eg. Tablets) and small screens (eg. Mobile devices)

Heading

For the heading we recommend changing the campaign heading to something that follows your brand language. For eg. changing "Recently Viewed" to "You were also interested in..."

You can get your website's Font, Font Style, Font Size and Color from the inspect element.

Image Background

If you have images in different proportions, then we recommend using fixed height so all the images are aligned.

Follow the same instructions to set Product Description, Price, Button.

If you need further assistance with matching the campaign to any element on your website, reach out to us on our live chat or on support@convertwise.com and we can help you with it.
