What to do when you get an "error with SDK"

When you try to change the widget position, you may encounter an error with a message "Error with SDK" . This happens when our SDK script is still being loaded.

Here are some ways you could prevent this message from popping up

  1. Do you have an adblocker on? Adblockers block our script from loading, which is why it would throw an error. Please turn off your adblocker and try again.

  2. If not, refresh the campaign editing page once. After the page has completely loaded, wait for 10 to 20 seconds before you click on the button "change/place your widget" button.

  3. If you still face the issue, try changing to a faster internet connection (if available). Slow internet could be the reason for delay in loading our SDK script.
