How to change widget position?
Here is a short video on how you can change the widget position
Our campaigns always appear above your Shopify Website’s footer. If you don’t have a footer on your website or we can’t detect your footer you will have to manually place the campaign.
We recommend always placing the campaigns higher up on the page to increase visibility and conversions.
Step 1
Click on “Change Widget Position” or “Place your Widget”
Step 2
Scroll through your website preview on the left side and select a section where you want to place your campaign
Please note - If your website has popups you will have to close the pop-ups, go back and start the process of "change widget position" again
Step 3
Once you select the section where you want to place the campaign, choose if you want to place it above, below or replace that particular section
Step 4
Check the preview once again to see if the campaign is place correctly click on done
If you cannot select the section you want to place your campaign between, it might be because of your page’s layout. Check out our advanced placement selector doc to place the campaign if our selector can’t place the campaign for you.
