You can either input a cart value or the item count to provide free shipping. Enter the unlock value depending on the reward basis you've chosen. You also have the ability to change the text based on your brand language.

Yes, this capability is available for our merchant on the paid plan. Let us know if you need us to enable this and we'll do so from our end
